My most sincere apologies…
Mercy, after reading how long some renders take feel a lot better. I did buy a new Dell computer last years as my 5 year old Dell wasn’t fast enough for 3D and of course I new video card had more memory. While I don’t work in files quite that large, in complicated things I usually have to wait 2 to 5 minutes and of course shadows add more time.
not the lights in DAZ because they are a pain when what I see on the screen is NOT what I get when I render.
I find that frustrating to, so I set up everything, than I add my lights and when I ‘think’ I’m happy then after numerous renders, I add, the final shadows mapping to see what it really looks like. I guess you just can’t rush 3D!
